*Brazilian & Hollywood Waxing Guidelines:
The Brazilian means everything off except for a "landing strip" in the front. You also have the option to have all hair removed around the buttock area - yes, for most people, hair grows there! On arrival you will be left to change into a disposable paper thong prior to waxing starts. Please ensure that the hair is approx 1/4 inch long, as this will be less painful. If it is any longer then please trim down before your appointment. If you want to be completely bare, this is called a "Hollywood" wax so all hair will be removed from front, all around to the back.
These intimate waxing treatments, like any waxing, can be very painful at first, but frequent visits usually cuts down the pain factor. It is advised not to have this treatment at any time near your period as this could be more painful. Apply aloe lotion or a hydrocortisone cream if you develop bumps, redness or ingrown hairs. Avoid ingrown hairs with regular exfoliation and a scrub that contains salicylic or glycolic acid will help.
