Arrival

Please arrive 5 minutes early for your treatment where

possible as you may be required to complete a

consultation card with your therapist prior to your treatment

starting.

It would be appreciated if mobile phones are switched to silent/off before

arrival to ensure that all clients can enjoy their treatments in a quiet and

relaxing environment.

Feedback

Any feedback and comments are welcomed to ensure that our levels of customer service and conduct are kept to a high standard. Please do not hesitate to discuss your suggestions with your therapist. Testimonials from

other clients.

After your treatment

All treatments are payable at the end of your appointment unless a course

has been booked and paid in advance. If you have a gift voucher or advert discount please bring this with you.

Salon Etiquette

All clients are valued and it is my aim to provide a peaceful environment during your visit. Please make sure that mobile phones are switched to silent and noise it kept to a minimum when entering.

Consultation

On your first visit you will be required to complete a short consultation form and your therapist may ask further questions depending on your treatment. Please mention any recent operations, medication or if you are pregnant. Patch tests will be required a minimum of 24 hours prior to any eyelash tint or perms.

Cancellation

We would appreciate it if you would give 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. In the case of Bridal Trials or packages it may be necessary to take a deposit to secure your booking.

Gift Vouchers

Available for any amount or specific treatment, valid for 6 months.
